For efficient and hygienic use in cutting and deboning plants. Removes the ribs from the belly of pork leaving the periosteum on the belly. This unit is made of stainless material and theus meets the requirements in terms of hygiene. Due to the use of a balancer the dead wight is reduced to zero, which enables efficient handling of the rib pulling unit.  Manual Skinner

For efficient and hygienic working in cutting and processing plants. Removing the rind or trimming of pork primals (such as shoulder / ham). This unit is particularly efficient for critical cuts such as flanks etc. The hand-held skinner is also suitable for triming Triroler Speck (Tyrolean bacon) and naturally matured or smoked ham.  Working without difficulties due to low dead weight and optimal use of a balancer.
Due to the supply with compressed air, the unit can be flexibly used where needed. The unit is made of stainless material and thus meets the requirements in terms of hygiene.
