External Docks
The advantage of an external dock is its flexibility -  rear or side loading, unusual shapes and sizes can be catered for, goods do not need to be palletised and special handling equipment can be used. Weather protection can be provided by an extending loading tunnel.

The sliding aluminum dock leveller can be laid on to the lorry bed by hand.

This dock plate can be used to bridge the gap between the vehicle and the dock in either direction.

The Crawford dock levellers are delivered as complete units with integraded frames or as pit models without frames. Installetion time is short. The self-supporting construction leaves the floor area below the leveller completely free and can be utilised by lowered tail lifts. 

The hafa load house is cladding that together with the autodock represents an independent stand-alone unit. If you combine this unit with a dock leveller, a dock shelter and a sectional door you get a complete and flexible docking system

The loading bay is completely outside the building to prevent transfer between the loading bay and the warehouse.
